| 针灸在现代能否继续得到传承并发展，最终取决于其自身的价值及世人对其的认识与评价。传统针灸的精华是传统针灸理论和方法中最具价值的部分，包括基础理论和技术理论两个方面的内容。对其进行评判，需要清晰地认识针灸疗法的自身特性，把握诸多影响因素，有失于此则易产生认识偏颇，文中列举了较为突出者，并指出自我反思的必要性。 |

| Whether acupuncture and moxibustion can continue to be inherited and developed in modern times ultimately depends not only on its own value but on its recognition and evaluation. The essence of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion is the most valuable part of its related theories and methods. In addition， the essence content covers five aspects including basic theory and technical theory. To evaluate the essence content， it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and grasp many influencing factors， otherwise it is easy to have a biased understanding. Thus， the paper lists the more prominent ones and points out the necessity of self-reflection. |
