中药加工技术的发展是中药工业化进程的重要标志，是中药制造和现代制药装备领域关注的焦点。随着《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016-2030年)》等政策的发布，智能制造、绿色制造成为未来中国制造业发展的必然趋势，这也为现代中药加工技术的发展带来前所未有的机遇期和高要求。围绕中药粉碎、提取、灭菌、保鲜等关键加工技术，综述了其原理、特点以及近年来的应用进展，同时对其存在的问题进行归纳，以期为中药加工关键技术的集成化、现代化研发提供参考。

英文摘要:

The development of processing technology is an important symbol and focus of the industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmaceutical equipment. With the release of the outline of the strategic plan for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (2016-2030) and other policies， intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing have become an inevitable trend in the future development of China's manufacturing industry， which has brought unprecedented opportunities and high requirements for the development of modern traditional Chinese medicine processing technology. In this paper， the principle， characteristics and application progress of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology， such as grinding， extraction， sterilization and preservation， are reviewed， and the existing problems are summarized in order to provide references for the integration and modernization of the key technology of traditional Chinese medicine processing.
