慢性创面症状复杂，治愈难度大，是创面修复领域亟待解决的难题，中医药对其治疗具有独特优势。就慢性创面的中医认识、中药外用治疗机制、传统中药外用制剂和现代中药外用制剂4个方面综述了中药外用制剂治疗慢性创面的最新进展，以期为慢性创面治疗的中药制剂研究与开发提供依据。

英文摘要:

Chronic wound is still a challenge in the field of wound healing， which is complex and very difficult to treat. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic wound. In this paper， the latest advances of traditional Chinese medicine external preparations for chronic wound treatment were reviewed from the four aspects: the traditional Chinese medicine understanding of chronic wounds， the mechanisms of external traditional Chinese medicine， the traditional and modern external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. This study will provide a basis for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations for chronic wound therapy.
