| Tiangui is a significant concept in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the combination of classics review and clinical experience， the author had put forward a new insight that tiangui， heart (brain) and kidney should be distinguished from each other and analyzed their functions respectively. With the reference of the Zhou Dynasty Compilation of Changes， it was aimed to have a proper understanding on heart-kidney， yin-yang and the intrinsic meaning of tiangui， along with balance yin and yang through regulation therapy. |
