| 从脾胃角度探析慢性功能性便秘的病因病机和诊治策略。现代临床研究认为慢性功能性便秘的基本病机为脾虚气弱，肠运失司，结合运脾理论，以运脾通便为治则，用生白术70 g配伍枳实30 g为主方进行辨证论治，临床可获得较好的疗效。 |

| From the perspective of spleen and stomache， etiology， pathogenesis and treatment methods of chronic functional constipation will be discussed. According to modern clinical study， its basic pathogensis was deficiency of spleen qi and dysfuction of intestine transportation. Combined with spleen tranportation theory， the treatment principle should be improving spleen's transporting function. Along with syndrome differentiation and treatment， 70 of raw atractylodes and 30 g fruit of immature citron would be prescibed to get better effects in clinic. |
