| 当前中医药现代化发展的进程中，对中医药基础理论的传承与创新投入仍然相对不足、重视相对不够。基于团队多年来对中医病机辨证理论研究的体会，从温经典、传师道、重临床、善感悟四个方面，提出中医药理论创新应溯本求源，以《黄帝内经》所蕴含的中医理论为基础，以后世各家学术流派传承为载体，在临床实践和感悟中不断发现新的规律，创造新的理论。主张道术并举，以病机理论体系重构为起点，开创中医学术发展新局面。 |

| In the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)， there was limited investment in inherit and innovation of it and not enough importance has been attached to. On the basis of clinical experience， the paper put forward innovation of TCM theory should trace its original source and four perspectives have been mentioned: review of classics， inherit of masters experience， emphasis of clinic and elaborate thinking. According to fundamental theory in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic， inheritance of academic schools and clinical experience， neoteric rules and theories could be disclosed. It was hold that clinical experience and academic thoughts should be promoted simultaneously， reconstruction of pathogenesis theory as a staring point to inaugurate a new phase in TCM academic development. |
