| 目的 评价穴位贴敷疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed和Embase中穴位贴敷疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的相关文献。试验组采用穴位贴敷疗法或联合其他疗法，对照组采用西医治疗的随机对照试验。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入11个随机对照试验，涉及1 102位患者。穴位贴敷或联合其他疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效优于非甾体类抗炎药，差异具有统计学意义[OR=3.45，95%CI(1.52，7.83)，P=0.001]，而与扶他林乳胶剂、痛点封闭治疗疗效相当，在改善VAS评分[SMD=1.63，95%CI(0.38，2.89)，P=0.01]和Lysholm膝关节评分[SMD=2.62，95%CI(1.30，3.95)，P=0.0001]等方面优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，而在改善WOMAC评分方面与对照组相当，差异无统计学意义[SMD=-0.65，95%CI(-1.73，0.43)，P=0.24]。结论 穴位贴敷或联合其它非西医疗法治疗膝骨关节炎是有效的，值得临床推广。 |

| OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application in the management of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS The related literatures on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were retrieved from CNKI， VIP， Wanfang， PubMed and Embase. The experimental group was treated with acupoint application or combined with other therapies， and the control group was treated with western medicine. RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. RESULTS A total of 11 randomized controlled trials were included， involving 1 102 patients. Acupoint application or combined with other therapies was superior to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The difference was statistically significant [OR=3.45， 95%CI(1.52，7.83)， P=0.001]， which is equivalent to the efficacy of furazolidone emulsion and pain point blocking therapy， improving the VAS score [SMD=1.63， 95%CI (0.38， 2.89)， P=0.01] and Lysholm knee score [SMD=2.62， 95% CI (1.30， 3.95)， P= 0.0001] and other aspects than the control group， the difference was statistically significant. The improvement in the WOMAC score was comparable to the control group， the difference was not statistically significant [SMD=-0.65， 95%CI (-1.73，0.43)， P=0.24]. CONCLUSION Acupoint application or combined with other non-western medical methods is effective for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
