| 从肺痿、肺痹以及肺间质纤维化的病因病机、临床表现、生理病理、疾病进程和预后等方面入手，在古典医籍文献及现代理论研究的指导下，探病机，识病本，认为在肺间质纤维化的病机演变过程中，肺痹贯穿始终，而肺痿则逐渐形成。治疗上应从肺痹、肺痿两方面论治肺间质纤维化，痿痹兼顾，不可偏废，审时度势，攻补兼施，辨证论治。< |

| Under the guidance of classical medical literature and modern theory research， to study the pathogenesis and root causes of consumptive lung disease， pulmonary arthralgia and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis for their etiology and pathogenesis， clinical manifestations， pathophysiology， disease progress and prognosis. It is believed that pulmonary arthralgia run through the whole process of the pathogenesis development of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis， while the consumptive lung disease is formed gradually. The treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis should consider both pulmonary arthralgia and consumptive lung disease， and treat with both attack and supplementation on the basis of syndrome differentiation. |
