| 目的 观察分经针刺结合运动疗法治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法 将62例落枕患者按照就诊顺序奇偶数法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组31例。治疗组采取分经针刺配合运动疗法治疗，对照组采用针刺落枕穴治疗，疗程1~3次，通过对比VAS评分和颈椎活动度来评价疗效。结果 2组治疗前后VAS评分差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），治疗组优于对照组（P<0.01）；2组治疗前后颈椎活动度评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 分经针刺结合运动疗法治疗落枕效果显著。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture based on meridians and exercise therapy in treating stiff neck. METHODS 62 patients with stiff neck were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the doctor order with dual number， with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture based on meridians and exercise therapy， while those in the control group were given acupuncture therapy. Scores of VAS and active degrees of cervical vertebrate were used to evaluate effects. RESULTS After treatment， there were statistical significances in both VAS scores(P<0.01) and active degrees of cervical vertebrate(P<0.01) of two groups， with the treatment group being superior to the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Effects of acupuncture based on meridians and exercise therapy on stiff neck are obvious. |
