| “异类相制”理论源于临床，是传统中医药理论传承基础上的创新，对有毒中药的临床应用起着重要的指导作用。在异类相制理论的指导下，对中药复方配伍减毒的物质基础进行深入分析，方能阐明配伍减毒效应的内在机制。在物质基础的层面探讨中药复方配伍减毒的作用机制，应从毒性的化学成分、毒性成分的代谢、毒性物质与效应的相关性三个途径入手，充分借鉴现代科学领域的最新技术和研究方法，加强多学科协作，进行研究探索。 |

| The "Heterogeneous Restriction” theory comes from the clinical， which is the innovation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory， plays an important role in guiding the clinical application of toxic Chinese medicine. Under the guidance of "Heterogeneous Restriction” theory， in order to clarify the inherent mechanism of the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine compound prescription， we must clarify the material base of detoxicity effect. Study on the mechanism of detoxicity effect on the basis of the compound prescription of Chinese herbal medicine， we should focus on three approaches: the toxic chemical constituents， the metabolism of toxic components， the correlation between toxic substances and effects. To explore in this field， we must .fully use the latest technology and research methods of modern science， and strengthen a multidisciplinary collaboration. |
