| 目的 研究老鹳草提取物抗实验性胃溃疡活性及机制。方法 采用大鼠幽门结扎型、醋酸灼伤型、乙醇诱导型及吲哚镁辛药物诱导型胃溃疡模型，观察老鹳草提取物对胃溃疡抑制作用。结果 老鹳草提取物可显著降低大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、乙酸灼伤型胃溃疡、乙醇及吲哚镁辛诱导胃溃疡模型溃疡指数。老鹳草提取物能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃酸分泌、抑制胃蛋白酶活性。结论 老鹳草提取物具有明显抗实验性胃溃疡作用，其作用机制可能与其抑制胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性有关。 |

| OBJECTIVE To study the action of the extract of Geranium wilfordii Maxim on the experimental gastric ulcer and to investigate the potential mechanism. METHODS Pyloric ligation， acetic acid， indomethacin and ethanol induced gastric ulcer model were applied to observe the anti-gastric ulcer action of the extract of Geranium wilfordii. RESULTS The extract of Geranium wilfordii significantly reduced the gastric ulcer index in pylorus-ligated， acetic acid induced， ethanol induced and indomethacin induced gastric ulcers. In pylorus-ligated rats， the extract also reduced gastric juice volume， gastric juice acidity and pepsin content. CONCLUSION The extract of Geranium wilfordii increases healing of gastric ulcer and also prevents development of gastric ulcer in rats. |
