目的 优化乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的提取工艺。方法 采用UPLC-TQ/MS联用技术,建立同时测定乳香、没药中10种萜类成分的定量方法;基于单因素试验考察提取方法、乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数的结果,设计正交实验优选乳香-没药药对中萜类成分的提取工艺参数。结果 乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的最佳提取工艺参数为:95%乙醇回流提取,料液比1∶12,提取2次,每次提取时间2 h。在该条件下,总萜类成分百分含量为10.44%。结论 采用正交试验优化的提取工艺稳定可行,操作性强,可为乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的提取制备提供参考,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据与参考。 |

OBJECTIVE Optimization of extracting process of terpenoids in frankincense-myrrh. METHODS UPLC-TQ/MS technology was used to establish the determination method of 10 kinds of terpenoids in frankincense and myrrh; the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process based on the results of single factor experiment on the extraction method, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 12 times of 95% ethanol, refluxing and extracting for 2 h, totally extracting 2 times. The content of total terpenoids was 10.44%. CONCLUSION The extraction process optimized by orthogonal experiment is stable and feasible, which provide technical support for the further development and utilization. |
