| 总结了胥受天教授治疗带下病的经验，认为带下病的主要病机为湿邪流注下焦，损伤任、带二脉以致任脉失约、带脉失固，本虚标实是带下病的病机特点。治疗以燥湿为主，少佐利湿，且根据年龄不同治法各异，选方以四妙丸加减为主，善用药对。 |

| This paper summarizes professor XU Shoutian's experience in diagnosis and treatment of leukorrheal diseases， which believes that the main pathogenesis of leukorrheal diseases is conception vessel and belt vessel losing control due to the dampness lingering in the lower Jiao impairing conception vessel and belt vessel. And deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality are the pathogenesis features of leukorrheal diseases. The treatment takes eliminating dampness as the main method， and draining dampness as an assisting method. The treatment should be verified according to the ages. The main formula is modified Simiaosan. |
