| 介绍了周仲瑛教授辨治大肠癌，多从脾虚胃弱、湿热浊瘀论治的经验。周仲瑛教授在临证过程中结合其它兼夹证候如气滞、血瘀、痰凝、久病入络等，常以健脾升清、降胃燥湿、清热化浊为主法，以抗癌解毒为辨病之法，以行气解郁、消痰散结、活血化瘀、搜剔通络为参法，尤为注重清热化浊法。 |

| This paper introduces professor ZHOU Zhongying's experience for differentiating and treating colon cancer， which includes spleen deficiency and stomach weakness， damp heat accumulation and turbid stagnation. During the clinical syndrome differentiation， professor ZHOU Zhongying combines with other compliant syndromes such as qi stagnation， blood stasis， phlegm retention， collaterals disorders due to the long-term illness， and usually takes strengthening spleen resolving phlegm as the main treating methods. He also takes fighting against cancer and purifying toxin as the method of differentiating disease， and takes regulating the flow of qi and smoothing stagnation， removing phlegm and resolving hard masses， promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis， seeking and activating collaterals as the referential principles. He especially stresses on the principle of clearing away heat and removing turbidity. |
