| The clinical experience of professor He Juqiao in recognizing idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia from the concept of "kidney-tiangui-testicle and epididymis axis"， with the "kidney-tiangui-testicle and epididymis axis" as the direct manifestation of reproductive function governed by kidney being put forward. It is clarified the kidney's physiological effects and pointed out its correlation with visceral regulation， which shares the common concept with hypothalamus-hypophysis-testis axis and gives hints to the clinical thoughts and treatment for idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia. |
