| 认为《黄帝内经》中引起眩晕的病因病机主要有感受外邪、运气变化、脏腑内伤、经脉之气运行失常等四类，在经脉主要与足太阳、足厥阴、足少阳有关，在脏腑主要与脑、肝有关。《黄帝内经》对眩晕病证的治疗以针刺为主，偶有药物治疗，总的治疗原则是盛则泻之，虚则补之。 |

| It is believed in Internal Canon of Yellow Emperor that the reasons and pathogenesis of vertigo involve invasion of exogenous factors， changes of qi circulation， internal damage of visceral organs， abnormal circulation of meridian qi. In terms of meridians， it is related to the Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot Taiyang， Liver Channel of Foot-Jueyin and Gall-bladder Channel of Foot-Shaoyang. As for the internal organs， it is correlated to the brain and liver. Acupuncture is put forward as the major method for vertigo in Internal Canon of Yellow Emperor， with the treatment principles being asthenia syndrome requiring purgation and deficiency syndrome demanding tonification. |
