目的 分析十字花科碎米荠属植物华中碎米荠挥发油的化学成分。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对其挥发油成分进行分析。结果 鉴定出35个化合物,其中含量最高的是4-异硫代氰酰基-1-丁烯(65.71%)。结论 首次采用GC-MS分析华中碎米荠挥发油的化学成分,为华中碎米荠的深入研究及开发利用提供了科学依据。 |

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Cardamine Urbaniana by GC-MS.METHODS Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS 35 compounds were identified. The main component is 4-isothiocyanato-1-Butene(65.71%).CONCLUSION As the first time to analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Cardamine Urbaniana by GC-MS, this study can provide scientific basis for further research and development of Cardamine Urbaniana. |
