      目的 建立HPLC同时测定复方止泻颗粒中葛根素、芍药苷、甘草酸3种有效成分的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,在C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)上以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱(26∶74~81∶19),流速(0.8~1.0) mL/min,柱温25 ℃,检测波长239 nm。结果 被测的3个成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,样品回收率在95%~105%。结论 所建立的方法对方中3味饮片准确、快速的进行定量测定,可用于复方止泻颗粒的质量控制。
英文摘要:
      OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Puerarin, paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiao'er Zhixie granule.METHODS The analysis was carried out on a C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous for gradient elution(26︰74~81︰19). The flow rate was(0.8~1.0) mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 239 nm.RESULTS The results showed that 3 effective components all separated well and showed good linearity, the average recoveries were between 95%~105%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used to determine the above 3 components with satisfactory accuracy and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Fufang Zhixie granule.
