| 目的 建立HPLC同时测定复方止泻颗粒中葛根素、芍药苷、甘草酸3种有效成分的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，在C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）上以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱（26∶74～81∶19），流速（0.8～1.0） mL/min，柱温25 ℃，检测波长239 nm。结果 被测的3个成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好，样品回收率在95%～105%。结论 所建立的方法对方中3味饮片准确、快速的进行定量测定，可用于复方止泻颗粒的质量控制。 |

| OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Puerarin， paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiao'er Zhixie granule.METHODS The analysis was carried out on a C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous for gradient elution（26︰74~81︰19）. The flow rate was（0.8~1.0） mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 239 nm.RESULTS The results showed that 3 effective components all separated well and showed good linearity， the average recoveries were between 95%~105%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used to determine the above 3 components with satisfactory accuracy and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Fufang Zhixie granule. |
