| 目的 观察针灸预防抽取患者鼻腔填塞物时发生晕厥的疗效。方法 将92例行鼻中隔偏曲黏膜下切除术后抽取鼻腔膨胀海绵患者，随机分为试验组（针灸组）及常规组（对照组），观察2组出现晕厥前兆、晕厥病例数。结果 试验组无1例出现晕厥，仅1例出现晕厥前兆；而对照组出现晕厥6例，出现晕厥前兆15例；2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。结论 针刺有效防止晕厥，明显减轻患者疼痛，值得进一步研究并在临床推广应用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncture on syncope caused by abstract of the nasal packing material. METHODS 92 patients， who had operated resection of the lower deviation mucus of the nasal septum and needed another distending sponge abstract operation， were devided into experimental group (acupuncture group) and normal group (contrast group)， and the warning syncope and syncope cases were observed. RESULTS In the experimental group， there was only 1 case of warning syncope， and the contrast group 6 syncope added by 15 warning syncope. The two groups showed apparently different results (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Acupuncture can prevent syncope effectively， and it can release the patients' pain at the same time， which is worthy to be popularized and applied clinically. |
