| 目的 探讨紫苏叶挥发性成分的动态积累，为确定紫苏叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法 采用HSGC/MS法分析不同采收时间紫苏叶中挥发性成分，并用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量，以其中10种主要活性成分为指标，考察它们的动态变化。结果 初步分离鉴定出52种成分，其中共有成分20种，不同生长期紫苏叶中挥发性成分积累具有一定规律。结论 紫苏叶挥发性成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the dynamic accumulation of the volatile ingredient of folium perillae， and to provide scientific basis for its best time of the collection.METHODS HSGC/MS methods were used to analysis the volatile ingredients of folium perillae collected in different time and peak area normalization method was used to determine the relevant percentage composition of each ingredients. 10 active ingredients were used as target， and their dynamic changes were observed at the same time.RESULTS 52 ingredients were separated and identified initially， and among them， 20 ingredients were exists the whole stages. In different growing stages， the volatile ingredients accumulation of folium perillae follows certain rules.CONCLUSION The highest peak value of folium perillae volatile ingredients accumulation corresponds to the traditional picking time. |
