| 目的探讨虚挂线引流法治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿的疗效和安全性。方法40例坐骨直肠窝脓肿患者,随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组采用齿线下切开、齿线上虚挂线引流法,对照组采用传统的齿线下切开、齿线上切割挂线法治疗。结果治疗组治愈率100%,对照组100%,2组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组在创面愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗期间均无严重不良事件发生。结论虚挂线引流法治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿疗效确切,较传统的挂线法有肛门功能保护好、术后并发症少、患者痛苦小等优点。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect and safety of loose thread-drawing in the treatment of ischiorectal abscess.METHOD Forty patients were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.In the treatment group loose thread-drawing was used and in the control group normal method was used.RESULT The cure rates in both groups were 100%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,statistically significant differences existed in healing time and occurrence of complications(P<0.05).No serious accidents occurred during the treatment.CONCLUSION Loose thread-drawing is effective in treating ischiorectal abscess,with such advantages as good protection of the anus,less complications and less pain. |
