| 目的探讨慢性鼻炎中医分型与鼻黏膜p38MAPK表达的相关性：方法每例标本用p38MAPK染色，显微镜观察阳性细胞表达分布情况并计算平均数。结果采用SPSS8．0 for windows统计软件进行分析。结果中医分型与Va8MAPK的表达呈正相关。结论慢性鼻炎鼻黏膜p38MAPK的表达在中医证型中存在明显差异，气虚证呈低表达，血瘀证呈高表达， |

| OBJECTIVE To demonstrate the correlation between the transformation of syndromes of chronic rhinitis and the expression of the nose mucous membrane p38MAPK. METHOD Each sample was stained with p38MAPK and microscope was used to observe the distribution of the positive cells and calculate the average. The results were analyzed with the computer software SPSS 8.0 for windows. RESULT The transformation from the qi deficiency syndrome to the blood stasis syndrome was found to be directly correlated with p38MAPK expression. CONCLUSION During the process of transformation from the qi deficiency syndrome to the blood stasis syndrome, p38MAPK is one of the important factors. |
