| 目的观察腹腰群针术配合中频电疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将82例病人随机分成治疗组42例、对照组40例，治疗组用腹腰群针术配合中频电疗，对照组单纯采用中频电疗法。结果治疗组痊愈率47．6％，显效率26．2％，有效率16．7％，总有效率90．5％；对照组痊愈率27．5％，显效率20％，有效率15％，总有效率62．5％。2组间总有效率差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论治疗组对慢性盆腔炎具有良好效果，疗效明显优于对照组。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at abdomen and loin combined with medium-frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.METHOD Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 42 patients and a control group of 40 patients,the former treated with acupuncture at the abdomen and loin combined with medium-frequency electrotherapy and the latter,just medium-frequency electrotherapy.RESULT The cure rate,markedly effective rate,effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 47.6%,26.2%,16.7% and 90.5 respectively,while these figures in the control group were 27.5%,20%,15% and 62.5% respectively,with marked difference between the two groups(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Better effect was obtained in the treatment group than in the control group. |
