| 目的通过建立大鼠多发性脑梗死模型，观察脉络宁分散片对多发性脑梗死大鼠存活率、病理学改变、脑含水量、脑指数、脑组织内NOS、SOD、MDA及蛋白含量的影响。方法经颈总动脉暂时夹闭加颈外动脉注射栓子方法，造成大鼠多发性脑梗死。结果脉络宁分散片可降低多发性脑梗死大鼠的脑含水量和脑指数，降低脑组织内NOS、MDA及蛋白含量，提高SOD活力，其中高剂量组[（生药）17g／kg]与模型组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论脉络宁分散片对多发性脑梗死大鼠有一定的治疗作用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Mailuoning Dispersible Tablet on the survival rate,pathological changes,water content of the brain,brain index,brain NOS,SOD and MDA,and the content of protein in rats with multiple cerebral infarction.METHOD Rat multiple cerebral infarction models were made by temporarily clamping the common carotid artery and injecting embolus into the artery.RESULT The tablet could reduce the water contend in the brain,the brain indexes and the content of NOS,MDA and protein and increase SOD activity,with marked differences between the high dosage group(17 grams of crude drug/kg) and the model group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Mailuoning Dispersible Tablet has therapeutic effect for rats with multiple cerebral infarction. |
