| 目的观察祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛及对血浆uPA和uPAR水平的影响。方法对40例患者采用分层随机法分为常规西药加祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗组，常规西药对照组，其中对照组与治疗组各20例。结果祛瘀消斑胶囊能改善心绞痛症状，改善中医症状，可显著降低不稳定型心绞痛患者uPA、uPAR水平。结论西药加用祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛，疗效优于单用西药。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with Quyu Xiaoban Capsule and its effect on the levels of plasma u - PA and uPAR. METHOD With stratified random sampling 40 patients were divided into a treatment group of 20 patients treated with both routine western medicines and Quyu Xiaoban Capsule and a control group of another 20 patients treated with routine western medicines. RESULT Quyu Xiaoban Capsule could relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and markedly reduce the levels of plasma u - PA and uPAR. CONCLUSION The combined method is more satisfactory than the simple western medicine treatment for unstable angina pectoris. |
