| 近代医学家张锡纯治疗温病擅用汗法，多取辛凉、辛寒之法，不论新感伏气温病，根据病机、证候，因势利导，促进邪从汗解，认为“阴阳和而后汗”，“出汗之道，在调剂其阴阳”。他的这些学术思想和临床经验值得继承和发扬。 |

| ZHANG Xi-chun,a doctor in modern time,was skillful at using the diaphoretic method to treat epidemic febrile disease.He often used drugs cool or cold in nature and pungent in flavor in the treatment.According to different pathogeneses and symptoms,he was competent in inducing diaphoresis to expel the pathogenic factors.He believed that "when yin and yang are in equilibrium,sweating follows" and that "sweating facilitates the regulation of yin and yang." These academic thoughts and clinical experiences are worth our further study. |
