| 《伤寒论》中有关吴茱萸汤证的论述有3条,众医家对其证候及病机属性的认识不尽一致。论文在分析归纳历代医家不同认识的基础上,提出对该汤证的认识应抓住其病机,而不应拘于表面症状或受其原文所在病篇的左右。从肝胃虚寒立论可为吴茱萸汤的临床运用提供准则。 |

| There are three indications of Decoction of Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae described in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and different doctors have different opinions as to their symptoms and pathogenesis.The authors point out in this paper that our attention should be focused on the pathogenesis rather than symptoms,i.e.deficiency and cold of the liver and stomach,which provides criteria for the clinical application of Decoction of Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae. |
