| 目的确定山葡萄藤中白藜芦醇的提取工艺条件。方法以白藜芦醇的提取率及提取液的含固量为指标,考察不同提取方法对提取效果的影响。结果虽然SFE法的提取率不高,但其提取溶剂用量较少、萃取产物含固量低。结论SFE法作为山葡萄藤中白藜芦醇的提取工艺是切实可行的,但萃取条件有待于进一步优化。 |

| OBJECTIVE To establish the technique conditions for extracting resveratrol from amur grape vines.METHOD Studies were conducted on the effect of different extraction methods on the results of extraction,with the extraction rate of resveratrol and the content solid substances in the extract as the indexes.RESULT Though its extradionrateis lower,but SFE method required relatively less solvent and low content of solid substances.CONCLUSION SFE method can be used as the method for extracting resveratrol from amur grape vines,but its optional extration technique londitions are depended on further research. |
