| 目的探讨丹参药物血清对血管内皮细胞分泌ET、SOD和MDA的影响及其治疗血瘀证的机理。方法经LPS和丹参药物血清作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞后,取上清培养液测定ET、NO、SOD和MDA水平。结果丹参药物血清可缓解LPS所致NO与ET的水平升高,并改善LPS所致SOD的活性降低和MDA的水平升高。结论丹参可以维持NO与ET的动态平衡,去除自由基,维持血管正常生理功能,从而能有效防治血瘀证。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae drug serum on blood vessel endotheliocyte secretions ET,SOD and MDA and the its mechanism in the treatment of blood stasis.METHOD LPS and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae drug serum were made to act on human umbilicus venous endotheliocyte,and the clear supernatant was taken for the determination of the levels of ET,NO,SOD and MDS.RESULT Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae drug serum could relieve the rise of NO and ET caused by LPS and the decrease of SOD and increase of MDA caused also by LPS.CONCLUSION Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae can maintain NO and ET dynamic equilibrium,remove free radicals and maintain the normal physiological functions of the blood vessels,thus effectively prevent blood stasis. |
