| 目的优选复方痛速消滴丸中延胡索等药材的醇提工艺。方法应用正交设计以得膏率、延胡索乙素和欧前胡索含量等作指标综合评分对滴丸的醇提工艺进行优选。结果优选的提取工艺为:药材粉碎成15目,以6倍量80%乙醇作为溶媒,浸泡12 h后以常速进行连续渗漉提取。结论经优化的工艺条件是切实可行的。 |

| OBJECTIVE To optimize the alcohol extraction techniques of the medicinal herbs such as Rhizoma Corydalis Yanhusuo in Compound Tongsuxiao Drop Pill.METHOD Orthogonal method was used to optimize the alcohol extraction techniques,with the soft extract derivation rate and the content of corydalis B and ammidin as the indexes.RESULT The optimized extraction technique is the following: grind the medicinal material into powder soaked in 80% alcohol six times in amount for 12 hours,followed by extraction with the percolation method.CONCLUSION The optimized technique is workable. |
