| 目的探讨中药口服配合结肠治疗仪灌肠延缓肾功能衰竭的作用。方法将60例临床确诊慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组应用中药口服配合结肠治疗仪灌肠治疗3个疗程，对照组单用中药配合基础治疗观察前后肾功能的变化评价疗效。结果治疗组肾功能得到不同程度的改善，与对照组相比，血尿素氮、肌酐值均有所下降P〈0．05。结论中药口服配合结肠治疗仪灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效肯定。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Chinese medicine combined with enteroclysis with colon therapeutic apparatus in prolonging the process of renal failure.METHOD Sixty patients with chronic renal failure were divided evenly into a treatment group and a control group,treated respectively with Chinese medicines and enteroclysis and basic Chinese medicines for three months.RESULT In the treatment group,renal function was improved in varying degrees,with a drop of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Chinese medicines and enteroclysis with Colon Therapeutic Apparatus has definite effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure. |
