| 目的探讨半夏药材中总生物碱部位的抗炎作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、腹腔注射醋酸(HAc)所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的实验以及大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,观察总生物碱部位的抗炎作用;制作小鼠气囊滑膜炎模型,测定炎症渗出物中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果半夏生物碱对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性的增加以及大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成均有明显的抑制作用,生物碱组渗出液中PGE2含量明显低于模型组。结论半夏总生物碱部位对多种炎症模型均有明显的对抗作用,为半夏抗炎作用的主要有效部位之一。且此作用部分与炎症因子PGE2的产生和释放受抑制有关。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the anti-inflammatory effect of the total alkaloids part of Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata.METHOD Observations were made on the anti-inflammatory effect of the total alkaloids part on mice models and determination was made on the PGE_2 content.RESULT The alkaloids in Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata had marked inhibiting effect on auricle swelling of mice caused by xylene,increase of permeability of mice capillary caused by ethanoic acid,and the formation of granulation tumor in rats.The content of PGE_2 in the alkaloid group was greatly lower than that in the model group.CONCLUSION The total alkaloid part of Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata has marked anti-inflammatory effect for multiple inflammation,which is related with the release and inhibition of the inflammation factor PGE_2. |
