| 膜原部位探源,指出膜原在解剖位置上有其名无其位。分析邪伏膜原证的临床表现、达原饮的组方及其传变规律,认为邪伏膜原证应归属于脾胃湿热证,其病机实质是湿热秽浊之邪侵犯脾胃,且是湿重于热。 |

| Anatomically,there is no exact location of the pleurodiaphragmatic spaces.Based on an analysis of the clinical manifestations of the syndrome of invasion of pleurodiaphragmatic spaces by pathogens,the ingredients of Dayuan Decoction,and the progression of the syndrome,the authors believe that the syndrome belongs to the syndrome of damp-heat in the spleen and stomach,caused by invasion of damp-heat into the spleen and stomach,with more dampness than heat. |
