| 认为原发性与继发性颅内肿瘤的病理特点为虚实夹杂,虽均有痰瘀互结的共同特征,但虚实各有偏重,前者以肝肾亏虚、风痰瘀毒互结为主,后者以气阴不足、毒邪偏盛为主,在治疗上各有侧重。注意辨证与辨病相结合,分清标本缓急,因证立方,随证化裁。强调攻补兼施为本病的治疗原则,突出发挥其在综合治疗中减毒增效、提高生存质量的优势,并提出应加强对本病证治方药规范化、系统化的临床研究。 |

| The authors believe that the pathological feature of primary and secondary intracranial tumor is deficiency complicated by excess,the former being mainly caused by deficiency of the liver and kidney and accumulation of wind-phlegm and the latter being due to deficiency of qi and yin and hyperactivity of toxin.In treatment,it is advisable to combine syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,distinguish between the acute symptoms and the primary causes,and give prescriptions according to different syndromes.The authors hold that the therapeutic principle is simultaneous application of purging-tonifying therapy to remove toxin and improve life quality.Clinical researches on the standardization and systemization of the treatment of the disease should be carried out. |
