| 目的研究山楂叶总黄酮对犬心肌梗死的保护作用。方法采用麻醉犬冠脉结扎导致心肌梗死的方法造模,观察给药前后的影响。结果山楂叶总黄酮冻干粉高、中剂量组能降低冠脉结扎所致心肌梗死麻醉犬的SAP、DAP、MAP。结论不同剂量山楂叶总黄酮冻干粉可明显缓解心肌缺血症状。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the protecting effect of total flavonoids in Chinese hawthorn leaf on dog's myocardial infarction.METHOD Animal models of myocardial infarction were made by coronary ligation in order to observe changes before and after drug administration.RESULT In the high and medium dosage groups,SAP,DAP and MAP of the animal models were reduced.CONCLUSION The freezedrying powder of total flavonoids in Chinese hawthorn leaf can markedly relieve myocardial ischemia. |
