| 目的探讨针刺减肥中脂肪变化的特点及瘦素、胰岛素与脂肪分布的关系。方法耳体针结合辨证治疗45例肥胖病患者,治疗前后检测相关肥胖指标及血清瘦素和胰岛素水平,统计疗效并进行相关性分析。结果针刺显著改善各肥胖指标,瘦素(Leptin)的差率与除腰/臀比值(WHR)、胸围以外的所有肥胖指标的差率显著正相关(P<0.01);胰岛素差率只与体质指数(BMI)和腰围显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论针刺通过改善胰岛素抵抗减少了内脏脂肪的含量;通过改善瘦素抵抗降低了全身脂肪的含量,尤其是皮下脂肪的比例。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore into the relationship between fat distribution and leptin and insulin in Acupuncture treatment for reducing weight.METHOD Acupuncture treatment(auricular points and body points) was given to 45 patients with obesity.Before and after the treatment,obesity related indexes and serum leptin and insulin level were determined and correlation analysis was carried out.RESULT Acupuncture could markedly improve the various indexes related to obesity. The difference rate of leptin was positively correlated to waist-hip ratio and the difference rates of all the indexes related to obesity(P<0.01).The difference rate of insulin was only positively correlated to the constitution indexes and waistline(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Acupuncture reduces the content of organ fats by improving insulin resistance and reduces the content of body fat,especially the subcutaneous fat,by improving leptin resistance. |
