| 目的研究加减清营汤对血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)患者血脂和体液免疫的影响。方法将40例TAO患者随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例,治疗组给服加减清营汤,对照组给服通塞脉片,1个月后观察血脂、血清免疫球蛋白及补体的变化。结果加减清营汤能够降低血栓闭塞性脉管炎的患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、免疫球蛋白IgG含量,增加血清补体C3、C4的含量。结论加减清营汤对血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者血脂和体液免疫具有一定的调节作用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the regulating effect of modified Qingying Decoction on the blood lipid and body fluid immunity of patients with vascular occlusive angiitis.METHOD Forty vascular occlusive angiitis patients were divided randomly into a treatment group of 20 patients and a control group of another 20 patients,and were treated with Qingying Decoction and Tongsaimai Tablet respectively.Changes in blood lipid,serum immune globulin and addiment were observed a month later.RESULT Modified Qingying Decoction could reduce the content of total cholesterol,triglyceride and IgG and increase the content of serum addiments C3 and C4.CONCLUSION Modified Qingying Decoction has regulating effect on the blood lipid and body fluid immunity of patients with vascular occlusive angiitis. |
