| 对《内经》有关痿证理论进行探讨,指出病因分外感、内伤两大类,病机包括五脏热、肺热叶焦、阳明虚致五体失养而痿废不用,治疗涉及独取阳明、补荥通俞、因时制宜三个方面,这些理论对现代临床仍具有很好的指导意义。 |

| This paper presents an exploration into the theory of flaccidity syndrome in Canon of Medicine.The author points out that etiology of the disease include external invasion and internal damage,pathogenesis include heat of the five zang-organs,lung heat,and deficiency of Yangming,causing flaccidity as a result of failure in nourishment,and treatment of the disease include such methods as treating Yangming alone,reinforcing the Ying-points to remove obstruction and giving treatment according to seasonal conditions.These theories are still of great guiding significance for modern clinical practice. |
