| 目的研究内异方对子宫内膜异位症(内异症)生殖内分泌的调节作用。方法建立内异症大鼠模型和假手术模型,放射免疫法检测血雌二醇(E2)、下丘脑促性腺素释放激素(GnRH),垂体黄体生成激素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)和外周血E2的水平。结果内异方治疗组异位灶重量显著低于非治疗组(P<0.05),非治疗组下丘脑GnRH的含量显著低于假手术组和内异方治疗组(P<0.05),内异方治疗组外周血E2、垂体PRL的含量显著低于非治疗组(P<0.05)。结论内异方可通过下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,起到调节内异症生殖内分泌的作用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate into the regulating effect of Neiyi Recipe on reproductive endocrinology in endometriosis. METHOD Endometriosis rat models and pseudo - surgery models were established and radioimmunoassay was used to examine the levels of blood E2, hypothalamus GnRH, pituitary body LH and PRL and peripheral blood E2. RESULT The ectopic focus weight in the treatment group was markedly lower than the non - treatment group ( P < 0.05 ) . The hypothalamus GnRH content in the non - treatment group was markedly lower than the pseudo- surgery group and the treatment group ( P < 0.05) . The contents of peripheral blood E2 and Pituitary body PRL were markedly lower than the non - treatment group ( P < 0.05) . CONCLUSION Neiyi Recipe can regulate reproductive endocrinology through hypothalamus - pituitary gland - ovary axis. |
